You can request to hire the hall by completing the booking form opposite. You can also call or email our Booking Secretary.  YOUR BOOKING TIME MUST ALSO INCLUDE SETTING UP AND CLEARING UP

 

Please remember when requesting a booking that our Committee and Bookings Secretary are all volunteers, but we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible (within 72 hours).

Before you book the hall, we will ask you to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions of hire and to the Covid-19 Special Conditions (WINTER 2021).

The Goodrich Village Hall is let on the basis of “left as found”. People who hire the hall are expected to respect our Terms and Conditions, collect and leave keys as required and leave the facility in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right, on occasion, not to accept bookings.

Confirmation & Payment

Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment and is required in full when booking. Payments can be made via BACS to:

  • Account Number: 41527169

 

Please identify the payment with your Name, Date of Booking and Reference Number.

We also accept cheques made payable to “Goodrich Village Hall Trust”.
